The rest of the diet looks like this:
Day 1
Lunch: a small cup of yogurt (200 ml.) with 1 boiled egg an orange for dessert
Dinner: 2 eggs, 2 pieces of rusk, 2 tomatoes, a bit of lettuce or half a cucumber
Day 2
Lunch: same as day 1
Dinner: 1 tomato, 1 rusk, 125 gr. boiled beef, plus an orange and a cup of coffee for dessert
Day 3
Lunch: same as day 2, but this time with some cucumber or lettuce as well
Dinner: 125 gr. boiled or grilled beef, 1 rusk, and an orange and cup of coffee (or tea) for dessert
Day 4
Lunch: 1 rusk, 1 tomato, a bit of cow cheese
Dinner: 1 rusk, 2 tomatoes, 125 gr. boiled or grilled beef, and an apple for dessert
Day 5
Lunch: 1 rusk, 1 tomato, 200 gr. boiled beef or fish
Dinner: 500 gr. boiled mixed vegetables (peas, potatoes, and carrots)
Tips
The meat and vegetables should be cooked with only a bit of salt and pepper – no other spices can be used. You must have the coffee and tea without sugar, and you can’t drink alcohol at all.
The diet should help you lose 5-10 pounds during the first five days. Take a few days off, then you can repeat the process again. All the foods can be consumed hot or cold.
What matters the most is to eat the meals in the correct order and never skip a meal. Stick to the guidelines and you’ll lose a lot of weight before you know it.
